المادة الأولى - البيانات التي نجمعها

أ - بيانات الحساب

  1. الاسم أو الاسم الأول.
  2. رقم الهاتف.

ب - بيانات الموقع

  1. موقعك الجغرافي الحالي لتحديد أقرب مقدمي الخدمة إليك.
  2. عنوان الخدمة المستخلص من طلباتك.

ج - بيانات الطلب والخدمة

  1. نوع الخدمة المطلوبة (تنظيف أو مناسبات) وتفاصيلها.
  2. تاريخ ووقت الطلب.
  3. سجل طلباتك وتفضيلاتك.
  4. بيانات منزلك في خدمة التنظيف مثل نوع السكن وعدد الغرف.
  5. بيانات الدفع الإلكتروني (كنوع وسيلة الدفع وحالة العملية) في حال اخترت السداد عبر واجهات الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة بالتطبيق، ولا تقوم المنصة بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك البنكية الكاملة، إذ تتم معالجتها عبر مزود الدفع المعتمد.

د - بيانات الأمان والطوارئ

  1. موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق عند تفعيل زر الطوارئ.

هـ - بيانات التقييم والنزاعات

  1. تقييماتك وتعليقاتك على مقدمي الخدمة.
  2. الشكاوى والنزاعات التي تقدمها.

المادة الثانية - كيف نستخدم بياناتك

  1. تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم الخدمات وتحسينها.
  2. ربطك بمقدمي الخدمة الأقرب إليك والأنسب لطلبك.
  3. إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بطلباتك وحسابك.
  4. إرسال عروض ترويجية وفق إعدادات الإشعارات التي تختارها.
  5. تحليل سلوك الاستخدام لتطوير التطبيق وتحسين تجربة المستخدم.
  6. حل النزاعات والتحقق من الشكاوى.
  7. الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والقضائية.
  8. الاستجابة لطلبات الجهات الأمنية والقضائية المختصة عند الاقتضاء.

المادة الثالثة - مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

  1. نشارك بياناتك مع مقدمي الخدمة (عمال التنظيف ومقدمي خدمات المناسبات) بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ طلبك فقط.
  2. نستخدم خدمة خرائط Google Maps مما يعني مشاركة موقعك الجغرافي مع Google وفق سياسة خصوصية Google المستقلة.
  3. قد نشارك بياناتك مع الجهات القانونية والأمنية والقضائية السورية المختصة حين يستدعي ذلك القانون أو حين تتعرض سلامة أي شخص للخطر.
  4. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تجارية.
  5. قد نشارك بيانات مجمعة وغير معرفة مع شركاء تحليليات لتطوير خدماتنا.

المادة الرابعة - الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

  1. نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك لتقديم الخدمة على أفضل وجه.
  2. حفظ أي وثائق أو مستندات مقدمة من المستخدم يتم بطريقة يدوية في سجلات المنصة الإدارية ولا يتم رفعها على أي خوادم إلكترونية.
  3. عند حذف حسابك تحتفظ بياناتك للأغراض القانونية والنزاعات المعلقة وامتثالاً للتشريعات النافذة.
  4. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات بعد الحذف تخضع للمتطلبات القانونية المعمول بها في الجمهورية العربية السورية.

المادة الخامسة - أمان البيانات

  1. نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإفصاح أو الحذف.
  2. لا يوجد نظام رقمي آمن بنسبة 100%، وعليه لا تضمن المنصة الحماية المطلقة من أي اختراق محتمل.
  3. وفي حال وقوع اختراق أمني يؤثر على بياناتك، سنخطرك بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

المادة السادسة - حقوقك تجاه بياناتك

  1. يحق لك الاطلاع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
  2. يحق لك طلب تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
  3. يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك مع الأخذ بالاعتبار أننا نحتفظ ببعض البيانات للأغراض القانونية.
  4. يحق لك التحكم في إعدادات الإشعارات التسويقية.
  5. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق تواصل معنا عبر قنوات الدعم المتاحة في التطبيق.

المادة السابعة - ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبع

  1. يستخدم التطبيق تقنيات تتبع لتحسين تجربة المستخدم وتحليل الأنماط.
  2. بيانات استخدامك تشارك مع مقدمي الخدمة بالقدر اللازم وتستخدم في التحليلات الداخلية.
  3. استخدامك التطبيق يعد موافقة على هذه التقنيات.

Article 1 - Data We Collect

A - Account Data

  1. Name or first name.
  2. Phone number.

B - Location Data

  1. Your current geographic location, to identify the nearest service providers.
  2. The service address derived from your orders.

C - Order & Service Data

  1. The type of service requested (cleaning or events) and its details.
  2. The date and time of the order.
  3. Your order history and preferences.
  4. Details about your home for cleaning services, such as accommodation type and number of rooms.
  5. Electronic payment data (such as payment method type and transaction status) where you choose to pay through the electronic payment interfaces available in the application. The Platform does not store your full bank card details, as these are processed by the accredited payment provider.

D - Security & Emergency Data

  1. Your precise geographic location when you activate the emergency button.

E - Rating & Dispute Data

  1. Your ratings and comments on service providers.
  2. Complaints and disputes you submit.

Article 2 - How We Use Your Data

  1. Operating the application and delivering and improving services.
  2. Connecting you with the nearest and most suitable service providers for your request.
  3. Sending notifications relating to your orders and account.
  4. Sending promotional offers in accordance with your notification settings.
  5. Analyzing usage patterns to develop the application and improve the user experience.
  6. Resolving disputes and verifying complaints.
  7. Complying with legal and judicial requirements.
  8. Responding to requests from competent security and judicial authorities where required.

Article 3 - Sharing Data with Third Parties

  1. We share your data with service providers (cleaning workers and event-services providers) only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
  2. We use the Google Maps mapping service, which means your geographic location is shared with Google in accordance with Google's own, independent privacy policy.
  3. We may share your data with the competent Syrian legal, security, and judicial authorities where required by law or where the safety of any person is at risk.
  4. We do not sell your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.
  5. We may share aggregated, non-identifying data with analytics partners to develop our services.

Article 4 - Data Retention & Deletion

  1. We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, in order to provide the service in the best possible manner.
  2. Any documents submitted by the user are stored manually in the Platform's administrative records and are not uploaded to any electronic servers.
  3. Upon deletion of your account, your data is retained for legal purposes, pending disputes, and in compliance with applicable legislation.
  4. The retention period applicable after deletion is subject to the legal requirements in force in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Article 5 - Data Security

  1. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or deletion.
  2. No digital system is 100% secure, and accordingly the Platform does not guarantee absolute protection against any potential breach.
  3. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Article 6 - Your Rights

  1. You have the right to access the data we hold about you.
  2. You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate data.
  3. You have the right to request deletion of your account, noting that we retain certain data for legal purposes.
  4. You have the right to control your marketing notification settings.
  5. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support channels available in the application.

Article 7 - Cookies & Tracking

  1. The application uses tracking technologies to improve the user experience and analyze usage patterns.
  2. Your usage data is shared with service providers only to the extent necessary, and is used in internal analytics.
  3. Your use of the application constitutes consent to the use of these technologies.
